Step 1
Log into your business PayPal account. Click the "Profile" button at the top of the screen to load your account preferences.
Step 2
Choose "Business Information" on the "Account Information" section. Select "Change Name" on the next screen.
Step 3
Choose "Business name change" from the list of options.
Step 4
Type in your new business name and press "Continue." The service confirms the business name change on the next screen.
Step 5
Check to make sure that your new company name is listed correctly on your account. Navigate back to your home screen on PayPal and look under the "Welcome" message to see your new business name displayed.
